This type of boiler will give you continuous hot water and will heat around 10 radiators comfortably. The boiler will produce around 10 liters of hot water per minute. The new boiler may need to be placed in a different location from the existing one since there are gas regulations that change over time. But, if possible, better to install your new boiler in the same location as the old one since it is much cheaper to do so.

You will need a condense drain pipe for your new boiler to exit into a drain. IF possible the drain should be internet; otherwise, it has to exit on an external drain. There should be a protection from the cold for your boiler so it does not freeze and get damaged.

Before installing your new boiler, it is required that your heating system be flushed out and cleaned to remove sludge and debris. If you don’t do this, then the warranty on the new boiler could become void.
